The Allamej Writing System

The letters of Allamej are inspired by different origins, and each glyph represents a unique immutable sound, meaning they are always pronounced the same way. For each part that inspires the creation of the letter shapes, parts are added to produce more sounds and facilitate the memorization of the alphabet.

The chart shows from top to bottom:

- The Latin letters are not presented in alphabetical order but in a way that makes it easier to trace the origins of the glyphs;

- In the trunk of the tree, you find seven basic glyphs/shapes that are modified through the branches to compose the final letters;

- At the base, you see the roots that connect each glyph/shape to each inspiring writing system. All seven glyphs/shapes are connected to four different origins. The roots are made with the letter "L" from "lam," which means world in Allamej;

- There are several inspiring roots that are not included. For each group, seven letters are presented so that the chart becomes relatively easy to follow; and

- Each of the four groups includes several different writing systems. For example, in the "Afro-Asiatic" group, you can see letters from Amharic, Arabic, Assyrian, Hebrew, and some of the letters may have similar correspondents in other writing systems.

The video shows how the process of inspiration and transformation of the letters takes place.
